A professional and prolific outdoor painter, Michael is a member of the Wapping Group of Artists, probably the oldest outdoor painting society in the UK which numbers several of the most prominent British landscape and marine artists.

He has exhibited at the Royal Academy of Arts, The Royal Society of Marine Artists, The Royal Institute of Oil Painters and The Royal Institute of Painters in Watercolour at the Mall Galleries in London.
I am pleased to announce that Michael will be holding a 1 day Plein Air painting workshop for the members of SWOPs.

Time: 09.30 for a 10am start - Finish 4pm (ish)
Location: Fonthill Lake and surrounds (depending on weather)

Cost for the day: £50.00
Make sure to bring plenty of boards/canvasses with as Michael has promised that this is going to be a day of hard, but fun, painting.
There will be plenty of opportunity for working one-on-one, with Michael helping you to find solutions to your own painting challenges..
