With ancient 'High woods' and views over the Cranborne Chase, this may well turn out to be a day of choices. Known as 'The Royal Forest of Cranborne'

• Where: Garston Wood, Two miles North of Sixpenny Handley
• When:  Saturday, 18 August 2012
• Meet-up: In the car park
• Time: 09.30 for a 10.00 start.
• Parking: Available (free)

The Old Mill, Harnham, Salisbury

A wonderful mornings' painting was had by everyone, despite the weather.

Torrential downpours encouraged everyone to paint quickly, unless you had an umbrella...
